The 2.5 inch rack and pinion focusing device with 1:10 delay for optimal focus, feels very smooth and responds immediately to every turn of the wheel. This telescope is excellent for observing the moon and planets, sun (with special filter) and ideal for astrophotography.
The focusing device offers the option of installing an optical viewfinder or Red dot finder. You can also set the pressure on the focusing tube, this determines how smoothly the focusing can be retracted or extended.
